Four looks with a zebra print sweater
By now we all know that animal print is here to stay (for now). This fact is so wonderful because animal print is the ultimate neutral. Add any animal print to instantly elevate your look.
I’m currently loving this zebra print sweater - not only is it helping me get through the winter months (and goodness knows I need some sunshine on my skin and hair - photos in this post are evidence of that - but I digress), but putting together this post was so easy and fun because there were infinite ways to style this sweater.
I love the sweater paired with white jeans (if you’re brave enough to wear white in winter and risk mud, wet muck from the street etc) and sneakers — and this look would be equally as cute paired with skinny black jeans instead of the white (I’ll be wearing the black version weekly…).
The ‘trendy’ option is layered over a tunic blouse and leggings - I love the tan boots because they bring some warmth to the grey/black palette. The hat is a cute accessory — additional jewelry would also improve this look (I’m a minimalist these days due to small children).
The casual look is basically a jeans-and-t-shirt option but adding the combat boots is key - they are so on-trend and with the wide leg jeans, this is not your average look. Plus, hidden under those jeans are cheetah print socks, which just adds a little fun to the cropped jeans.
Lastly, if you work in a business casual workplace or like to wear dresses/skirts out for dinner or date night, this sweater is layered over a black dress and finished off with a black belt. Adding black tights and some red lipstick would polish off this look for a night out. The dress could be exchanged for a black pencil skirt and black pumps….see, endless options!
